It suggested bicep curls using the same number of reps and sets as for the shoulder press, which is a tad ambitious for mere mortals like me.

Popeye might have a shot perhaps! Good effort though!

I asked ChatGPT to cartoonize my pet for a Pixar-style drawing and uploaded a photo of him. This was the output.

It’s cute, but unfortunately, this looks nothing like my dog. Here he is in real life!

I challenged Jasper Chat with the same prompt. It also recommended 9 exercises but divided them into 3 for the upper body, 3 for the lower body, and 3 for the core. It went into much more detail on how to perform each exercise and even gave me a 6-minute warm-up.

Unlike ChatGPT, instead of boring old reps and sets, it suggested circuits of 45 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between. However, I couldn’t help but feel a bit let down. No kettlebell swings?

Still, at least neither of them suggested burpees, so it’s all good!

I also gave Jasper the prompt “cartoonize my pet for a Pixar-style drawing.” This was the output.
